Hi! My name is Alecia and I am a talent acquisition specialist passionate about people.

My mission is to empower people to have a happy, purposeful and fulfilling career; and enable organizations and companies recruit the most suitable talent by

  • Supporting candidates in navigating the job search process;

  • Guiding and training hiring managers with the right tools and skills to make the right hiring decision;

  • Helping HR professionals to become better at recruitment; and

  • Building recruitment process and customising ATS to set up organisations/companies for long-term success.

My goal is to share my personal experience and learning as I continue my career as a global talent acquisition professional.

My Interests are

  • Creating an inclusive and high quality recruitment process for hiring managers, candidates, and stakeholders who are involved;

  • Improving ATS so it is fit-for-purpose;

  • Integrating DEIA consideration into full recruitment cycle;

  • Developing and managing creative and multi-channel recruitment channels;

  • Utilising data to improve people function; and

  • Training recruiters, hiring managers, and interviewers.

My Journey

After graduating from Wesleyan University in Connecticut, USA, I began my career in recruitment working as a Researcher/Sourcer for an executive search firm specialised in luxury, fashion and beauty industry. Then, I moved to an internal recruiter role for a beauty retailer to set up its first office and store. After a successful launch, I decided to explore Europe and relocated to London. Since then, I am continuing to work within the talent acquisition and recruitment function.

My goal is to develop and improve the hiring process and empowering recruiters and hiring managers so organisations recruit the suitable and diverse talents while creating a world-class candidate-experience.
